Production process

Pedro Luis produces preserves in which care and attention to detail are key.   Over the years we have adapted our production means with new facilities that faithfully meet the most demanding health and quality standards, without losing touch with our traditional production methods.

The combination of technology and craftsmanship means that our products have the best of both worlds, transforming food of the highest quality with the flavour of the preserves of our ancestors.

All our products are made on our own premises.  The raw materials come from local farmers who are committed to quality, food safety and the environment.

The fruit, greens and vegetables, always those in season, are processed immediately after harvesting, so that they retain all their properties.
